blasting stereos...

friendly neighbourhood erm, whatever

i know its kinda late, but i just caught Spiderman 3 today. i've been thinking alot about why spiderman attracts so much more attention than batman or even superman. and i think i got some ideas. its because the real spiderman is just a normal kid, a nerdy kid off the block, where normal, average kids can relate to, whereas batman, well, he's rich, and superman's an alien. so, its kinda easy to see.

and i really like something spidey said in the movie, it went something like,

"If you want forgiveness, go get a religion!"

oh, and i feel its better that the latest pirates of the caribbean. no doubt jack sparrow's funny, quirky and the likes, but spiderman feels more... human - vulnerable and succumbs to his anger, that sort of stuff.

however, there's something i don't get. why do most super heroes wear spandex? answers anyone?
