i really don't understand why people like to say that their phone numbers are double this and double that, if you know what i mean. ok, let's say that if a person's telephone no. is 6 6xx 12xx, isn't it a mouthful to say, "double-six, double x. one, two, double x". isn't it simpler to just say, "6 6 x x 1 2 x x"?
just count the number of syllables! its 11 vs 8!

i really wish someone would invent a device that allows sound to travel in water clearly, like an underwater speaker or something. its really frustrating to only hear music everytime i surface from the water to take a breath while swimming.
