do you have an english accent? do you think i do? well, my english teacher in secondary school thought i was faking it, haha.

is having that slang accepted here? i guess there are always two sides of a coin, aye? i prefer to hold back, but whenever i speak mandanrin, i can't even hear the difference. why is that?

haha, actually i'm just blogging for fun. my life's been ok, but monotonous. so there's nothing really interesting about me right now. i don;t churn my brain juices as often as before either. guess i've just lost the thrill to ponder over nothingness, if you know what i mean, haha.

at some point of an NS boy's life, we'd tend to reflect and think about how we've changed. whether we've become more filial, more loving, more caring, etc, or if our characters have deteriorated to something more inferior. i'm just thinking about it now.

anyway, just to keep you guys updated. i'm no longer a combat engineer in the army. i've been posted to an air base to serve in some maintenance unit. some dream job it is. let me tell you why:
a) its 8 to 5
b) i go home everyday
c) there's nothing much to do, yet
d) because there is nothing much to do, we play carom every day...
e) ...in an air-conditioned room
f) there's no such things as SBOs, helmets, not even rifles.
g) but i still get combat pay.

how's that for the ideal job?
haha, i'm so thankful for my Father in heaven!
