been quite sometime since i directed an entry to you aye?
i'm back for more...

how time flies
its gonna be 2006 in a couple of days.
was just looking back at what i've done this year.
no qualms i spent most of my time with you
four days back on christmas,
we've been together for 7 months already
seven months of ups and downs
like the fluctuations in the stock exchange
however,
no matter how great or minute these emotional fissures are,
i've never regretted the time with you
it was worth every second
although i'm not sure how to measure its worth
i'm just so glad to have met you

the holidays seem so short with you around
and its gonna end in a flash or two
and when that happens
we would have set our feet on different paths
eyes will definitely meet less
word-exchanging activities inevitably cut short
circumstances may overwhelm us
with the school plaguing you with homework
and me having mud facials
kindly offered by officers who become beauticians for a while.
in such trying circumstances
i can't help it but think about our future.
will there be a future?
our future?

no doubt i will have my fingers crossed
and hope like Martin Luther King, Jr.
faith and trust i have in you
and maybe in myself as well...

i hate it when i have free time
i just oiled the gears up my head
and here i am bothered by pessimism and self-doubt

haha, been a while since i associated myself with angst
there hadn't been much for me to be angsty about
